But the presence of Chekov’s Assault Carbines (and that other one that Seer had in her hand then) was established back on page three, before the flashback.

Didn’t even notice she had a rifle slung before, but there’s no way she could pull that into position fast enough with him having the pistol already on them… unless he let her, just to taunt them, but that seems out of character for him – he had an excuse to kill them, surely he would? And with her pulling the gun, surely he also has video of the encounter, making for an even more direct and easy self-defense claim?

Where the page goes works, just seems like at least one more frame is necessary.
